At eXtreme Restraints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and accessories are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and secure it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
